Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the order delivery date. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. A prepaid shipping label will be provided, and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping cost.

To request a return, simply select "Request Return" from the link at the bottom of the page and fill out the form. You can also email us at hello@pinksapphiredesigns.com with the reason for your return, name, address, and order number. If your order qualifies for a return, we will send you a pre-paid label to send the item back to us. As soon as we receive your item, we will refund your original form of payment, minus the cost for the return shipping.  Note: items that have been customized are not eligible for return.
