Technical Support

I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?

If you're experiencing login issues, please try resetting your password. If the problem persists, contact our technical support team for assistance.

How do I report a bug or technical issue?

You can report bugs or technical issues by emailing our support team at hello@pinksapphiredesigns.com.  Please provide the steps you followed that led up to the issue as well as a screenshot of the error message you are receiving, if possible.  This will help the technical team to more quickly diagnose and resolve your issue.

Shipping and Returns

What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We are currently only able to support shipping orders within the United States, but that will change soon.  We are working to enable international shipping for all products offered by Pink Sapphire Designs as quickly as possible.

Delivery times within the United States vary by product and destination.

Art Prints (Fine Art Paper and Canvas Prints) - After the print is ready to ship, the shipping time will be based on your location. Please see the map below for approximate shipping times. (Expect an additional 3 days for production of the print prior to shipping.)

Home Goods

  • Napkins - 6-10 Business Days (plus an additional 1 day to create)


What is your return policy?

Each item is crafted especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error.

In case there is a problem with an order such as a manufacturing error or a damaged item, please email support at hello@pinksapphiredesigns.com within 30 days of delivery with the following:

  • your name

  • order number 

  • the reason for your return

  • a photo of the issue with the product 

We will review your request and follow up with next steps.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I exchange an item?

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you received a damaged or defective item, please send us an email (hello@pinksapphiredesigns.com) with a photo of the item, and we will gladly make it right!


Can I cancel or modify my order?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it. Our shipping team fulfills orders very quickly, and there is a narrow window of time before the order leaves our system. If you have concerns about your order, you are welcome to contact us. Please note that if your order has moved into the fulfillment stage before we are able to respond to your inquiry, we will not be able to make any changes or updates.


What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package has not been delivered or was damaged while in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

What if I put the wrong address?

If you place an order with the wrong address, you can contact us at hello@pinksapphiredesigns.com and we will do our best to correct it before shipping; however, shipping occurs in real time, and things often get shipped before a correction is received.  Incorrect shipping addresses are not our responsibility once the items have been shipped.  If the package is returned to us, we will refund your purchase for the cost of the items minus the shipping cost.  If you still want the order, you are responsible for placing a new order with the correct address.


Products and Prints

Will products and prints come with the Pink Sapphire Designs watermark printed on them?

No, the watermark will not be included on any final product you receive from Pink Sapphire Designs.


Do you ship products internationally?

We are currently only able to support shipping orders within the United States, but that will change soon.  We are working to enable international shipping for all products offered by Pink Sapphire Designs as quickly as possible.

Why have you chosen the print on demand business model?

By partnering with a print on demand company, it allows me to provide custom and personalized products for you in addition to reducing waste by eliminating unsold inventory and creating lower carbon footprint.
